1. Meeting location is the Hampton Inn 22900 US Highway 27 Lake Wales Florida. The meeting room is located on the first floor of the Hampton Inn. As you enter, go past lobby desk, and take the first hallway to the left the room is the first room on right.  
2. The Architectural Review Committee meeting is held first starting at 6:30 pm followed by the Board Meeting at 7:15 pm
